Return Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To avoid any disappointment or regret in your order please look over the below terms and conditions.

If you have any questions, concerns or inquires on any item before you place your order we strongly advise you to contact us prior to placing your order. We are happy and willing to answer any questions you might have! parksandlea@gmail.com

RETURNING AN ITEM

1. Send an email to parksandlea@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. Please have the following information ready to provide:

A. Order #

B. Item SCU # & Description on Order form

C. A brief statement explaining the reason for your return/exchange and confirmation that each item is unworn, with original tags attached and in the original packaging and received representation.

2. We will then respond with a returns form for you to fill out and include in your return package.

3. Items are sent back at the customers cost using a traceable shipping method within 5 days of receiving the item; unless your garment is deemed faulty in which case we will reimburse the shipping charge.

4. All items will then be assessed and a store credit will be issued or exchange will be issued upon item request.

EXCHANGE/RETURNS

We only accept back garment purchased from parksandlea.com/

We offer exchanges or store credit ONLY.  The above returns process must be followed accordingly.

We are unable to accept any returns, exchanges or store credit to items that have been worn or returned in a soiled condition, all items must be in original condition with tags on.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not reach our standards of original explained condition and standards upon vintage criteria expressed upon purchasing. If in fact the garment is faulty and in unwearable condition a full return can not be arranged if in fact the garment is faulty. Please email parksandlea@gmail.com if this is the case. This will be examined case by case.

All shipping costs relating to an exchange & returned item are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed as faulty, or sold under “unknown” damage undisclosed in item condition and description portion in the product page explanation. If in fact that happens I will refund the full price of the garment plus all shipping costs occurred.
